The Rules of Visiting the Patient


  • The visiting hours are set as 9:00 – 11:00 and 17:30 – 21:00.
  • The checking operation of the gifts and goods brought by the patients’ visitors is done by security officers.
  • The children below the age of 12 are not led in with the purpose of visiting.
  • At the end of the visiting time, nurse gets the visitors leave the rooms. When required, she can take the security officer.
  • The rules of visiting are told to the visitors by the service nurses properly and gently.
  • The visiting must not be more than 15 minutes.
  • Maximum number of visitors in the room is 3 at a time.
  • The visitors must not speak loudly near the patient and in the corridor.
  • Visitors must not speak or behave which can affect the patient’s psychology negatively.
  • It is not allowed to smoke within the hospital.
  • Visitors must not be in close touch to ensure health and safety of visitor and patient.
  • The items and places like toilet, bath and glass belonging to the patient must not be used.
  • Mobile phones must be kept switch off since it effects medical equipments and receivers in the hospital.
  • Visitors must not enter the rooms of patients which are inconvenient. (However the patient’s relatives can meet with the caregiver.)

In order to prevent the theft, the patient and the caregivers must be warned about their valuable goods.
